I was driving listening to 95.7 and praying at the same time I didn't have a flat. All of the sudden, the R&R commercial came on. I called, got Mr Woody on the phone. He was able to answer all my questions. Telling me what to do to get tires today. Came in Mr Woody helped me and his Co worker I can't remember his name ( he had long dreads) but he made it happen. He quickly ordered the tires, sent for them and on my truck they went. I'm happy and will refer people to the shop. Thanks to the Covington pike store for my safe driving today.read more

RNR is awesome! From the customer service to the fixing of your tires if anything happen i love them. I hit a pothole on my way to work this morning and they did everything they said they would do! They sent me a tow truck and they fixed my tire. I had to pay nothing out of pocket.read more

The manager of the Covington pike sold used rims and tires at the price of new rims and tires the customer service is garbage and your wait time will take your whole day up been dealing with these folks for three years and I was none the wiser on the substandard product I was receiving very disappointed with these people I suggest you go to rent a wheel on Covington pike to get great service and better dealsread more

I was an old client in Arkansas and purchased tires and rims r n r. Since I enjoyed the service I decided to purchase my daughter 4 new tires for Christmas. Big mistake in thinking that gr8 service from another state with the same company could follow suit. I called b4 going asking what is needed. My son went and said he would help buy so he put in his name. Now they want the car to be registered in the person who is buying the tires name. Which makes sense for only the car owner not the tire purchaser. Well the car is in my son n daughter's name. They told me n him I can get the registration waived for me to put in my name. My son goes there n is missing a recent check stub but has all other info. They set up the appt but did not have him sign any paper work. Why I dont know but I went to bring the car n was turned away. My daughter called a few days later asking can she waive the registration n they told her no and that the $1 sale was over. Now that told me 2 things...they remembered who we were n that they did NOT want us as clients. Sometimes it's for the best cuz I purchased 4 brand new tires for $350 at another place. Thank u for ur rude, obnoxious, snide comments, and for selfishly thinking I jus wanted a $ sale to get tires. I sent 12 ppl to the r n r in Arkansas. I hope I can keep 10 times more from going here to be treated the way we were. To so called manager who didn't get up from the office to talk but called the worker on the phone standing in front of me....u need another managerial position since u have no ppl skills. I recommend another tire place right down the street pls dont go here they dont want customers they do enough jus for u not to come back.read more

I can't speak on the rent and rolling part , but I can speak to the service and pricing I received. I was greeted as soon as walked in the door by both employees, I wasn't pressured at all in anyway shape or form and was quoted competitive pricing and a quick turn around. On day of install there was a bit of issue with the parts and my sales guy handled it like a pro. I was able to put some black rims on my black daily Ford Ranger without breaking the bank so all in all I am happy.read more
