Pulled into RNR on Ringgold Rd. In Chattanooga on my way to take my granddaughter to her first disney experience. I had a tire that was wobbling and I was upset by it. I went inside when Manny, my new best friend, came over and asked me my issue and after me explaining my circumstances he got my truck in right away. Manny treated me like we were good buds our whole lives. After a short time he came and got me and showed me what the problem was. It was a minor issue to fix but saved me possibly a completely ruined vacation or worse. His team got my wheels put back together and charged me a very reasonable price in my opinion. He easily could have gouged me if he was dishonest and I would have believed him. If RNR had a bazillion more of Manny and his entire staff then Best One would be out of business. Oh, by the way, they were closed the day after Christmas but my good pal Manny wasn't! I want to thank Manny and all the staff at RNR for helping me make memories with my granddaughter. God bless!
