Wish it could b 0 stars......their customer service is terrible. The owner/manager said his name was Joel and said his employee did give me incorrect pricing and I had to pay the price that Joel said which of course was more. I purschaed NOT LEASED tires and rims twice and this is the service I get inaccurate information and rudeness. Don’t waste your time...next stop BBB...with the rest of their complaintsread more

Scheduled an appointment weeks in advance for 11:30, had a Drs appointment that ran a little over so I was about 10 minutes late. I was on William Penn by Monroeville mall and called at 11:31 to say I’d be there in about 7/8 minutes and these idiots said “we have to reschedule because it’s a big job.” I would’ve gotten there at 11:40 or earlier. I understand being on time but the last time I got here ON time they claimed they couldn’t install bc a bolt was stripped. That was after I’d been waiting. Lmao I was swapping sensors from factory to aftermarket and replacing a flat. These guys have been the worst to deal with. I’ve been trying to get this job done since OCTOBER. That’s how bad it’s been. I said “I’m literally at the mall (referring to distance) and you’re saying you need to reschedule?! He says “yeah it’s a big job” lmfao. The reason why it’s been so hard is because they really don’t want to work on/Help customers who aren’t buying wheels from them so it makes it nearly impossible to schedule an appointment because they reserve days/times. One or two of the guys on the phones are nice but this place is run sloppily. Will NOT spend my money here or go back nor would I recommend. I’d rather drive all the way to Ohio where I usually go to get my wheel/tire work done. They can usually get me in same day.read more

I was in and out in 2 hours and that’s while they worked on other cars too. Again will NEVER go here. Should’ve made the drive to OH in the first place anyway.read more

Joel and Dan are straight up guys. I got some wheels and tires for my 2006 Chevrolet sliverado. Unfortunately my tranmission went bad on my truck and could not afford the wheels and tires.joel and dan worked with me and help me out. They got my business for life.
