Make sure to include the full tire size if you know, and the size of wheels, and what style and color you would prefer for a speedy process! If you have had any alterations done to your vehicle please include that as well.
I am beyond happy that I went to RNR due to Tyler approving me for credit after a really bad experience with another credit source. After approval by phone with the other credit business, Tyler sent them a copy of my driver's license . Once they received it,, they didn't like the way the license bureau had printed my two last names & denied my approval. I was to the point of tears because I didn't have the money to buy new tires & absolutely couldn't travel on my tires.Tyler came through for me to get credit with RNR. Nellie quickly came up with needed information for my approval.I am a 79 yr old widow with no family to help me, but Tyler & Nellie made me feel cared for with their kindness, help & patience. I felt seen & heard as a person in need rather than just a customer.Additional thoughtfulness was exhibited by a young man who worked outside & had no knowledge of my stress. Without a request from me, he brought me a bottle of cold water & told me to come back anytime. With all their caring thoughtfulness toward me, I went from an extremely depressed person feeling very alone to being elated by my experiences at RNR.After both of my visits to the store, Nellie gathered my purse & other items so I could reach my truck more safely while using my cane. She even noticed that my cane needed adjustment which she then did!! I will be forever grateful for Tyler trusting me & for Nellie assisting him to expedite the help that I so desperately needed. I intend to drop by occasionally just to see them!!! Obviously, I highly recommend RNR as well as their employees.
