Tobias and the staff are great. They do not just treat you like another sale, but like a friend and try to assist you in anyway possible within their means. If you need full set of tires/rims and simply cannot afford to pay straight cash, this is the place to go. They will take care of your needs from the beginning to end. I will say that if you need your service, call and make an appointment. They are always busy so you do have to schedule your rotation/balance in advance.read more

I purchased a set of tires from them about a year ago. Great service. At 5000 miles I went in to have them rotated. I was told the guy was out that day. No problem. At 7500 miles I stopped in again to get them rotated. This time I was told the tire guy had hurt his back and couldn't do it then. Ok. Today I stopped in only to be told it would have to be scheduled!! Now there's over 10000 on the tires. Seem you like selling your product but not honoring your commitments . So I promise I will never enter your doors again and will discourage anyone else from doing so!read more

Heard about RnR on the radio so much and I needed new tires to pass inspection. I didn't want to pay for used tires, so I took a leap of faith and went here today. My experience was great. I showed up 30 minutes before these guys closed up. I had my family with me, I had eyes set on one pair of wheels and once I got there decided I wanted something else. This place will rob you, if you don't make your payments in time within that 6 month period. Also, if your not paid out then they will add an additional 11 months of payments to your rims & tires. Reallt, it's better for you to buy your rims straight out. Don't waste your money & time renting rims. They make triple the price off the rims you renting for 6 months regardless!read more

Came to purchase tires but saw a set of wheels that I thought would look nice. I application process was easy the sells wasn't pressuring. They actually let me leave and come back multiple times and final help me choice the set on the SUV. The rep even brought them out to the truck so I could better visualize them on the SUV. Initially I gave RNR 5 Stars simply because I was asked to the first day I received my tires by the front desk lady who is actually great, but after the conversation with Steve my views has changed. For me customer service is a great deal. I currently use them for tires but after that rude, unprofessional experience, I hope to not use them much longer. RNR will get one star recommendations from now on without the encounter, RNR was great but one person can change your experience regarding the company, again hopefully I will not be using them that much longer just my experience as of yesterday.read more

Just had one of the worst experiences at this tire shop. I was quoted for on price ask for inquiry about another set of rima the bag of clothes shaped Mexican worker gave me a high quote on a set of used rims.. and when I declined I was rushed out the store talked too rudely and was approached by a white male staff so aggressively I had too stop and turn around to make sure I wasn't sneak attacked.. I was refused the option of speaking with a manager. All this caused I didnt want to be pressure into buying a set of used rims. And also when I mentioned that it seem that this was a ALt right conservative establishment. The white male associate John said that's RIGHT! As I was leaving.. please if youre African American stay clear of these hustlers and racist.. and also the two Mexican refrigerator shaped workers will call you racial slurs in spanish and tell each other not to give you a good deal or that's too low so they can cheat you out your money in Spanish.read more

This was not a very good experience. I initially came in on a Saturday at 1pm but was told that they could not install that day because they close at 3pm. So I was told that I could do the application and pay the $50 and bring my car in Monday and sign paperwork and be good to go. I get here on Monday no paperwork is ready I'm told to sit and wait for paperwork and then told that they don't know how long it will be until paperwork is done. Then we sit and wait for hours on end for the car to be serviced. Not good or fast service not very friendly and helpfulread more

DO NOT.... I repeat, DO NOT EVER bring your vehicle here. They almost cost my family our lives. I had new tires put on and when they were putting them back on they did not properly bolt it back together and my drivers side wheel was extremely loose. Thankfully I had work at another shop scheduled the next day and when they lifted the car in the air I could see how loose it was. The loose bolt caused the whole wheel hub to crack which needs to be replaced now. When I called to tell them about it they acted like they never had record of me being there. Worst experience of all time.read more
