I hit a pothole in front of RNR and was forced to pull into the parking lot because my tire and wheel had given out. I walked in asking if they could take a look at it, and they offered to help me put on my spare, free of charge, and also took a look at my old wheel and advised me on my options. Very friendly people.

No complaints, I rented out 4 sets of rims with a down-payment of 100. Two tires deflated because of something I ran over and the warranty they provide through another company took care of it for $20 each. Road side assistance included. Im on my third set of rims. This is not false advertisement this is real
My experience was great. My Son Ramir who is an associate at the Gastonia location referred me here since it’s closer to my job. I’m glad he did. I was assisted by Jordy the Manager there and he made sure I was well taken care of. It took no more than an hour for complete installation and I couldn’t be happier. Great Guy. Great experience.
