When I say that these guys deserve and worked for these 5 stars, they definitely did. From the time I walked in the store they all were hands on and knowledgeable about their product. At first I wanted 18 in rims but it changed do to another situation. They notified me and the next move they made was better than the last. Now I’m sitting on 20s black on black. Thank you guys so much for being professional and trustworthy. Y’all come vibe with these guys if you’re looking for new tires and rims. I promise you won’t regret it.

Overall the customer service that was shown was great and Ty was a great help to me but the prices was too high but I needed tires badly and they dont give u long to where you pay the 1st month I just got them and another week its time too pay again I wasn't happy with that

Okay, so this is my SECOND time coming to RNR, and at this point I feel like I need a loyalty program. My first experience was amazing (go read my last review for proof), so when life decided to humble me again, I already knew where I was headed.I was absolutely not planning to stop in. I had a full day mapped out. But apparently the Lord and a giant bolt in my tire had a meeting and said, “Let’s redirect her.” 😭 The second I heard that sound, I knew my schedule had been reassigned. As always, Gary knocked it out of the park. Consistent. Professional. Explains everything in a way that makes sense. And Ty (if I spelled your name wrong, please forgive me publicly) was just as great. The energy in there is always top tier, good music, good people, and actual laughs happening. Now let’s talk about the real highlight: me accidentally messing up the computer paperwork. Apparently that was a first. Yes. I made history. You’re welcome for the unexpected team training exercise. 😂 But even that was handled with grace, patience, and laughter. Nobody made me feel dumb, everything was fixed quickly, and we all survived. Paperwork is explained thoroughly, questions get answered clearly, and the whole process is easygoing. If you leave confused, respectfully that might be on you, because they really do break it down. Prices are great. Service is fabulous. The team genuinely cares and it shows. I don’t want tire problems, but if I have them, I already know where I’m pulling in.10/10. Five stars. Would absolutely let the Lord and a rogue bolt reroute me here again. 😂

Customer service was outstanding from the front desk to the accounting department. They were very professional and showed great hospitality while I was there. I would definitely recommend them for future use.
