Today I bought 6 new tires for my dually truck. The staff especially the GM Lexi made me feel right home. Lexi was also genuine and attentive and made sure I was taken care of. She also made me aware of some parts on my truck needing attention making me feel safe and I will take care of. I have done business with RNR for some years now and happy to be back. There was a small hiccup or misunderstanding on one of my visits some months back but was definitely far surpassed by the kindness and professionalism I was shown today.
