Came down to Franklin for a cardiologist apt a little over 2 hours away from where we are from and when going through a detour due to construction something popped my tire. Had my van towed down to RnR tire & they showed me where I had my tire patched before and how the company who patched the last one didn’t patch it correctly, left the whole screw in the tire still and the patch coming all the way through to the outside. Also showed us the current slit from today. They had a tire that no one wanted (perfectly good tire) and said they would see if it’s fit. Thank goodness it did and they gave us the tire for free. Awesome guys, very helpful & straight forward & were nice enough to give us the tire. Quickly got us in and out and back on the road!! Would recommend this place to anyone!
Genuinely cannot say enough great things about my experience with RNR. They didn’t have my tire size in stock, and overnight ordered them to put on the next day. When they didn’t show up (not their fault at all!) the guys at this location went WAY ABOVE and beyond trying to help me get tires on my truck. And they did! After hours of trying to find the insanely weird sized tires, they got me taken care of. Seriously, they will have all my families business for the rest of time. Cannot recommend them enough!
The late singer Roy Orbison once said ' I may be a living legend,but that sure don't help when I've got to change a flat tire." With all the road construction on US 31, it is likely that sooner or later you will develop a problem. I called R and R for an appointment and they were able to get me in late afternoon. Perfect! They could not have been NICER. I had a leaky valve stem. The technicians fixed it and I jave had no problems since. THANK YOU R&R!
