Better prices than dealers and big name tire chains. Very nice staff. Very clean waiting area. Super nice to my wife whose car had a slow tire leak. No high pressure sales. Didn’t talk down to her because she was a woman. When I checked prices on my own before doing anything, I found they had offered her a good deal and didn’t try to take advantage of her. And tire pressure sensors were 1/3 of what the dealer quoted us. We will keep them in mind for our other car and be back!read more

Today I went to RNR Tires and didn't know what to expect. I'm in outside sales and drive about 30.000 miles per year. Horrible service. Don't not go here. You are getting ripped off. Before you buy the rims here. At there price look online. And you save 800 dollars. These ppl were trying to charge me 1800 for niche wheels. When I got home they were 1000. After they completely lied to me and told me. That the wheels I initially came in for. Wouldn't fit my car. Saying the offset this and offset that. Moral of the story. I ended up getting the wheels I wanted, the ones they told me wouldn't fit. And they are sitting nice in the car. DON'T NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOUR LOOKING TO GET RIPPED OFF. They deserve to be closed down.read more

I drove in without an appointment, I had a tire that for weeks had a slow leak, I was afraid it would blow. I was there for 45 minutes, Saul repaired the tire, and with a big smile on his face, told me there would be no charge for the tire repair! I never write reviews for any place but I think other people need to hear this before using RNR. The guys at the front counter are nice and professional, I'll admit. However, I waited 4 hours + for my tires even after making an appointment two days prior. To be honest, I didn't mind that. Here's what really made me upset: the person that changed my tires BROKE my wheel key without telling anyone. So TODAY I wake up to a flat tire and I get to a place to replace the tire and the key is destroyed and they had to break off my locks and replace them, making this a SEVEN HOUR process. UNBELIEVABLE. I WILL NEVER use RNR again. I'm sure the guy didn't mean to break the key but he should have told someone or me. NEVER AGAIN.read more

I bought tires for my Bimmer 320i and had them installed by a dumpy local tire shop to save some money. Wrong thing to do, was not happy with the balancing-- my steering wheel would violently shake at 50mph. I live in the area, thought id give Carlos and his crew a shot at RNR. He reassured me that he'd fix the issue with his Roadforce balancing machine. I thought for a second that Carlos was going to find an issue with my tires and try to hit me for expensive new ones, but that wasn't the case. Carlos was very honest, told me my wheels and tires are fine, but my balancing was very out of whack. Problem solved. Steering normal. Car feels great now. Carlos definitely did the right thing by me. His staff are courteous and seem like good people, ill most certainly be back!read more

Poor communication and 0 consideration. This is a tire place that doesn’t do alignments on the weekends. Brought my car in last Saturday for an alignment and was told I needed new tires. Replaced all tires brought it back today for the same service and was told alignments are ONLY done Mon-Fri and then another associate chimed in only Mon-Thur. Overall, a tire place that doesn’t do alignments on Saturday should explicitly state so to prevent people from wasting their time. Find somewhere else to spend your money.read more
