I'm giving this place 2 starts only because they had the best prices in the area. I was on vacation when I got a flat. I spoke to a very pleasant young woman who ordered a replacement for me. I made an appointment for the next day at 9:00 a.m. and was told to ask for her, that she would take good care of me. When I arrived, I was one of two people with a 9:00 a.m. appointment . The other person was already being helped by another employee. I thought I had lucked out because the same employee I spoke to the previous day helped me. Unfortunately, she had only a vague recollection of speaking to me. It took her 10 minutes to find my order and verify the tire was delivered, after looking in about 6 different places for the paperwork, including walking back to the bay. It was another 25 minutes before they took my car back because"the guys need to move stuff out of the bays that was left overnight". Waited another 45 minutes before discovering my car was done and waiting, because no one came to get me in the waiting area. (Btw, the same young lady told me I could get coffee or water in the waiting area, but that turned out to not be true. There was no vending of any kind, so if you're going to wait, be prepared!) Finally, it took her another 10 minutes to realize I was waiting to check out because she appeared to be wandering aimlessly around the facility. In the end, it took 90 minutes to get one tire mounted. The prices are good, but the service is terrible.read more

This place is amazing! The customer service has always been good! I will forever continue to get my tires from there! Very easy process! Damon was my Salesman Rep and he’s a great person, has a great attitude and is very professional! He helped me back in 2015 when I was just exploring my options and it was the best decision hands down & I went back there the other day to get new tires :) I recommend this location to everyone!read more

If you are in need of tires or wheels RNR gives you an affordable 6 months same as cash option that also insured your tires for at least a year. I’ve bought 3 sets of tires and rims they put customer service as high priority. You will be happy.read more

A great place to get tires and rims. It is pricy but affordable because it's easy financing and low payments. Good in a pinch if you can't afford to pay cash out of pocket for tires when you need them now because the ones you have make you scared to drive your hoopdie.read more

The office Staff was top notch Kyle the M.G was great.Miss Tracey was nice and helpful. But as for the wait TIME For get about!!. The Tire installers where slow and careless when I finally got out of there every tire had a different tire pressure from 45 PSI to 25 psi ,what tells be they careless,And when they cracked my Lug nut on back rim I was Hot,they took blame,sent me to Firestone and paid for damage.read more

Tracie was awesome!! I came in for tires, they didn’t have my size but she ordered them and they were there the next morning. I dropped my vehicle off and returned with my vehicle ready to go. They were very helpful and very courteous one particular employee named James went out of his way to do the work himself because we were on our way to the hospital and they wanted to make sure we were safe on the road even though they were booked up you don't find that very often. Worst location Ever! I did not need the special financing I just wanted to buy a tire. Offered me a used tire for 120 which I said ok and she told me it would be 1 hr. 3 hrs later the tire was still not on! All she did was give me excuses. I Left and went to Dicount Tire and got a new tire for 78.88! Do not go to RNR they are Horrible and Super slow.read more

Very friendly service. I had s tire blow out next to their shop and I didn’t have a jack or tire iron. I went to them snd asked if I could borrow them and change it myself. They said yes but had someone do it for me for free and i am very pleased with their thoughtfulness and caringness.read more

I recently moved back to Ocala & needed a local tire place for a minor tire request I found RNR Tire Express on the Internet & took a chance.. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality customer service from all the employees starting with the young lady at the front desk to the employee in the tire area they were all great.. 3 stars for a mixed review... Customer service on the phone was great and I got an appt made for today at 2pm, I arrived early just to make sure that I would be getting new tires as scheduled but no the tires they had ordered and set aside had been sold before I arrived and I'm still waiting to have the slightly used tires put on and they haven't even taken my vehicle back and it's been an hour and a half since I filled out the paperwork and walk in people are getting service before even doing paperwork. Not happy with this company at all. Started by getting an apointment to have 70 thousand mile tires put on. Went to apointment and was told them could not get the tires they had said. Also wanted a wheel as a spare, told $55.00 for wheel couldn't get it eather. After a week of run around. It cost me more money for 60 thousand miles tires and was told that a wheel was going to cost me $125.00. If this is the way that Fla. Treats its tourists then the next time I plan a vacation it won't be to Fla. This leaves a bad taste for the business in Fla. Hopefully this helps other to stay away from a RIP off company. My opinion only, but I thought others should know.read more

3 stars because we finance our tires, which is cool. We we got there before our scheduled time, and found out that the tires were had ordered and put on hold were sold before we arrived. We ended up with slightly used tires. The worst of the visit was the fact that we had to wait over 4 hours for 4 tires to be put on my Jeep. They kept having walk in clients the entire time, and would process them through first, even though we called in advance and set up an appointment, and arrived early. The gentleman we worked with was super friendly, and tried to help us through out the process, which was nice. However the wait time was ridiculous.read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! was quoted one price for 6 months same as cash then AFTER the work was done given another price for tires to be paid off in 6 months or the price doubles. Exact payment is not known until the ticket is calculated after work is done. Definitely NOT recommended to anyone! Great way to take care of vets and their families.read more

If I could leave less than a star I would. Came in to plug a tire in my partner's car since the tires were purchased at the Leesburg location... 2 hours later we are stilling waiting here. Ridiculous slow service. Save yourself and go 2 mins up the road to Discount Tires. They've had my business for 15+ and have never left me waiting like this.read more

I just left from getting an alignment. The representative did not explain anything to me about what was going on with my car as far as my tires. I called over the phone 5 minutes after I left because my tire light was still on and my car was still pulling to the right. After the representatives looked at my car they start to tell me things that were wrong with this tire and with that. Then the representative at the front the woman told me that she explained tell me what was going on with my car and I told her she did not because she didn't. There is no way I would have came back to the shop if they had been clear. I would not recommend RNR Tire express to anyone because that's exactly what they do they check your things quickly and not thoroughly and don't explain anything to you when they do service on your car or at least they didn't explain anything to me and I feel like they wasted my time and took my money for nothing. If you want to take a chance don't take it on them. I would not like to see anybody get cheated for services.read more

I know this very well becuase I also know my car very well and I know what it needs. I also know what parts I have in my car and let me tell you there have been many large companies always try to do other services that I personally know it doesn't need. I guess I look like someone who doesn't know mechanics. Well, my easy fix is never to go back to those places ever again and I don't. Went here to get some tires mounted on my rims and a front end alignment after I lifted my truck. Was told they could do all the work and got quoted a price for it all. After they started working on my vehicle and already had it apart they told me they couldn’t do the alignment because it’s lifted. I would have taken my business elsewhere because I wanted to get everything done at once, but I couldn’t because they already started working on it. Very shady and misleading. I would not recommend doing business with this company.read more
