We had an appointment at RNR Tire Express and ended up waiting a little over our scheduled time, but they completely made up for it. The team went above and beyond by doing all the services for free because of the delay, which we truly appreciated.The establishment was very clean, the bathrooms were also clean, and they even had goodies available for customers while they wait, which was a nice touch. The staff was very polite, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the whole visit. Wayne especially stood out — he was helpful, courteous, and made sure everything was handled smoothly.Great customer service and a company that stands behind doing right by their customers.
