Oh do I thank Jay and everyone involved for helping my partner and I! This shop was the first shop we called looking for a used tire just to get by on. Jay’s customer service skills had me intrigued just a few minutes into the convo. I said to myself “that’s someone I’d like to do business with”. Before ending the conversation, he even thanked me for listening to him educate us on our specific situation. We were on the way to the shop this morning when the tire we called about blew. I called around for about an hour or so looking for someone to tow us less than 2 miles up the road and everyone wanted $100+. Long story short Jay and his buddy helped us get to the shop SAFELY. The timing for the service was about an hour or so. The price was DEFINITELY unbeatable for 2 tires and an alignment. Thank you guys so much we WILL be back for the other two tires. This is definitely a shop y’all should support. If you’re skeptical don’t be. Take a chance like we did and you’ll leave with a big smile :) #veryhappy
