I had a great experience with RNR Tire! Their customer service was amazing, and the staff was always patient and helpful with me. I know I probably constantly bothered them anytime I had a question or concern about my tires, but they never made me feel like I was a problem. They always took the time to listen, answer my questions, and help me figure out what was going on. I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. Great customer service goes a long way, and I definitely recommend RNR Tire to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about their customers !

Sierra, keep in touch with me from beginning to the end of my buying process! My overall experience with her was nothing short of amazing! She was very professional and courteous. However, the day I got my tires installed I was very disappointed; because I was there for 5 hours! It was utterly ridiculous! I was not compensated at all! Sierra, continued to apologize for my wait; so much so she brought my car to the back! She took the leadership role! Otherwise had it not been for her I was ready to walk out! I loved working with her but not sure if I would ever use RNR tires again! The manager was not very friendly at all, in fact it appeared he had an attitude with me; because I complained! Then, they didn’t do my sensors correctly and the light stayed on the entire weekend! I brought my car back and he again was very short and I didn’t feel a sense of urgency or an apology from him for me having to come back!
